Dr. Miti Randeri
A PhD by qualification, Dr. Miti is an experienced HR and POSH Advisor and soft skills coach with 2 decades of experience with organizations of varying size in multiple sectors in strategic, operational as well as advisory roles. She is also a visiting faculty at Ahmedabad University, Gujarat University & LJ University and a member of the Executive Committee of NHRDN Ahmedabad and NHRDN Mind Matters initiative.
Dr. Miti also mentors MBA professionals and young adults, in
transition phases in life. She is pursuing her Masters in
Psychology to be better able to further causes.
